		<description>Gene, freezing tofu actually makes the tofu crumbly, in my experience.  It leaves it with big, spongy pockets where the ice formed making the cube fall apart.  BUT I've found that if you freeze it in marinade, it soaks up more of the marinade flavor than any other method.  mmm.  These look soooo de-licious!

Everytime I see that picture of Rob, I imagine him yelling, "Carlo Haze!"</description>
